- 2 tsp matcha tea
- 5 drops of your favorite CBD oil
- Oat milk (Oatly barista)
- Ice cubes
How to make it
- Scoop the matcha into a glass and add a splash of water. Use a matcha brush to mix it if you have one. I used a milk frother instead.
- Fill up the rest of your jar with oat milk.
- Add some drops of CBD oil. I usually go for 5 drops of Heal Mary oil.
- Add ice cubes & stir.
Pregnant or breastfeeding?
I avoided CBD-oil when I was pregnant or breastfeeding. A mommy-friendly alternative that I enjoyed was replacing the CBD-oil with the postpartum tonic by Milk Moon.
