Recipe: coffee smoothie

This coffee smoothie is my favorite afternoon pick-me-up. Feel free to switch it up by using your favorite herbs and tinctures.

Ingredients

  • 1 shot of espresso
  • Oat milk (Oatly Barista)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp hazelnut chocolate butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp maca (Goldenhour)
  • 1 tsp collagen booster (Anima Mundi Herbals)
  • 1 dropper 11:11 tincture (Rainbo)

How to make it

  1. Make a shot of espresso (I love to use a Moka Express).
  2. Add the espresso, banana, hazelnut chocolate butter, cinnamon, mama, collagen booster and 11:11 tincture to a blender.
  3. Poor in oat milk until the rest of the ingredients are covered. Mix.
  4. Add ice cubes and enjoy!
